What are the technical requirements for post insulator type high voltage live display device?
1. The sensor of the pillar insulator type high-voltage live display device: outdoor should be subjected to cold and hot tests, indoors should be subjected to high and low temperature tests. During the test, no cracks should appear, and the upper and lower flanges should not be loosened. After the test, the bending strength test should be carried out. The bending strength can be selected from 4000N, 8000N, 8500N, 16000N, 30000N.
2. The sensor of the outdoor pillar insulator type high-voltage live display device should be subjected to a partial discharge test after the cold and heat test and the mechanical bending strength test. After the high- and low-temperature test and mechanical bending strength test, the sensor of the indoor pillar insulator-type high-voltage live display device should also be subjected to partial discharge and power frequency withstand voltage tests, and the partial discharge amount is not more than 10pC.
3. The sensor of the pillar insulator-type high-voltage live display device shall be subjected to a power frequency withstand voltage test before and after the hot and cold test, and the results shall meet the requirements.
4. The display circuit of the pillar insulator-type high-voltage live display device must have reliable protection measures, and there should be no risk of electric shock during maintenance and replacement of display components.
